Andrew Dombek, PT, MSPT
Andrew is no stranger to dealing with and treating injuries. As a result of his reckless abandon during his youth playing sports and multitude of injuries that followed; Andrew has gained a keen insight, knowledge and empathy that most physical therapists lack. Having gone through a few surgeries and dealing with a multitude of sprains, strains, and broken bones he understands the physical and psychological strain an injury can have on an individual, friends, family and co-workers. He now enjoys sharing his passion and knowledge on prevention and treatment of these very same injuries he has recovered from. In 2006, Andrew founded AID Performance Physical Therapy, a physical therapy and health and wellness center specializing in treating Active Adults of All Levels and Abilities Who Are Sidelined Because of an Injury and Helps Them Return to Their Active Lifestyles Faster, Without the Need for Pain Medications, Injections or Surgeries.
What People Are Saying
Matthew Dix
Ashburn, VA
"This place far exceeded my expectations. Mark and Andrew are top notch therapists who crafted the appropriate exercises to bring me back to a pain free life. I have had chronic lower back issues and they were able to devise an appropriate workout regimen that supplemented the in-office care that I received to help accelerate the recovery process."
Penny Evans
Ashburn, VA
"The AID team developed unique exercises to strengthen muscles to expedite healing. This therapy has allowed me not only to recover from my surgery, but has given me additional stability, flexibility and mobility. I have had previous experiences with other physical therapy facilities which have been adequate at best."
